The local village of Veerpur (Rishikesh) continued cleaning and greening the banks of Mother Ganga by planting 108 trees near Meeraben Kutir. Over one hundred villagers, majority of them women, led this plantation with great energy and enthusiasm. With the divine inspiration of Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, Ganga Parivar Sevaks not only finished the plantation of this season but also planted the seeds of change in years to come.
